Cable heating system

Operating Principle:

Inner core of cable is made of cold wire and hot wire, and the surface is made of insulation layer, ground connection, shielding layer and protective coating, which makes cable structure and utilizes alloy resistant wire’s heating to convert from electric energy to heat energy.
Altered cable heating system transmits heat to rooms by ground (wall, shed) of rooms through the low temperature thermal radiation. Temperature keeps between 40℃ to 65℃, and it reaches the effect of heating or heat preservation. It usually has single conductor (PVC/silicon rubber) and double conductor. Power of each wire is between 10W to 30W per meter. Cable heating system is composed of heating cable and temperature controller. Heating cable is paved under ground and temperature controller is installed on the wall.
When indoor temperature or ground temperature is below the temperature set by temperature controller, temperature controller will link power supply automatically and heating cable increase temperature. Heat energy which is released by heating cable is absorbed by cement layer, and then the heat energy heats the entities in rooms evenly. Part of heat energy sends out to rooms by the way of far infared heat energy. So in this way the ground is regarded as a radiator, and indoor temperature is low in the higher layer while high in the lower layer. You can feel comfortable and natural.
  Safety of cable
 
Heating core Heating core is made by multi-stranded alloy wires, it has high stability and good flexibility. It is easy to install.
Insulation layer Insulation layer is made by resistant silicon rubber insulation ,its maximum temperature of the thermostability reaches 260℃, silicon rubber has the characters of good ageing resistance, thermal conductivity, heat resistance, corrosion resistance and high resistivity.
Double-deck shielding layer Copper wire mesh and aluminum foil double-deck shielding layer with leakage protection, it is safe without the worry of electromagnetic radiation.
Joint of cold wire and hot wire Specialized joint of cold wire and hot wire has multi-protection, and it adopts double–deck shooting technique. Joint has good stability, high compression resistance and shock resistance, high waterproof and excellent protection of electric leakage.
Outer sheath It is made by environmental PVC with fire resistance and its thermostability reaches 140°C.

Technology requirement: 
1、Joint heating cable 
A、Heating cable structure 
1)Three heater wires or more heater wires, wire specification is according to length and power( electric resistance +10%) 
2)Heat-resistant silicon insulation layer
3)Heat transfer protective film
4)Wire mesh shielding layer
5)Aluminum foil shielding layer
6)Protective coating is marked with black words and meters. Color is green or according to users’ requirement.
B、Power line
Satisfy GB5023/IEC60227’s BVVB2G1.0mm2(less than or equal to 120), 2G1.5mm2( from 140 meters to 200 meters), 2G2.5mm2(220meters),power line at two sides is 2 meters. 
C、Heater wire and cable are connected with crimping terminals and use heat-shrinkable tube or high-temperature insulation materials for insulation. Joint is injection moulding and surface is heat-shrinkable tube which has excellent waterproof and insulation.
